    Job Description:
    We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Designer for Darksiders 2. The ideal candidate must have a passion for designing and implementing core game mechanics and game systems. The Senior Systems Designer is responsible for aggressively prototyping and implementing new abilities, systems, and content.
    Core Responsibilities

    Collaborate with departmental leads and design team to develop core concepts, game systems, and game content.

    Assist in design and documentation for content tools.

    Aggressively prototype and iterate on core game mechanics and game systems.

    Balance and adjust game-play experiences to ensure the product’s critical and commercial success.

    Conceptualize, create and maintain detailed game design documentation throughout the project cycle.

    Implement game content using standard 3d software, engine tools, and basic scripting.

    Skills & Qualifications

    At least 5 years experience in game design, with thorough knowledge of how the major game design elements all work together.

    Proficient with Excel and Vision

    Pluses

    Artistic skills are highly desirable

    • Database experience a plus.
    • Console experience a plus.
